Discuss a client case

One China-side point of contact.

Your practice manages the broader application. We coordinate the agreed China document work, with the local route and responsibilities confirmed before we start.

Start with one client.

  1. Share the context. Tell us what the receiving authority has requested, where the client lived in China and their approximate residence dates.
  2. Agree the route. We check the available local process and confirm the scope, price, records, authorization and timing estimate.
  3. Coordinate the work. Once the arrangement is agreed, we coordinate the local steps and keep the designated contact informed.

What to include in your first message.

A short, anonymized case summary is enough to begin. Please leave out passport numbers, identity scans and client identifiers until the necessary authorization and document channel have been agreed.

Some routes may require identity-verification photos. We explain the specific request and recipients before collection. See how document requests are handled.

A working arrangement that fits the case.

Before work begins, we agree who instructs us, who pays, who receives updates and how client authorization and records will be handled. Partner pricing and billing arrangements are discussed individually. Physical postage is quoted separately when originals are needed.

Supported cities, document stages and processing estimates depend on the circumstances. Official documents are issued by the relevant authorities and notarial offices. We provide independent document coordination; your practice remains responsible for its professional advice and the receiving authority determines document acceptance.

Let’s discuss your first case.
