Service terms

A clear agreement.
For your case.

Your service provider.

China Notary Help is a service of 15644178 CANADA INC., based in Toronto, Canada. The company coordinates the agreed document work through relevant China-side representatives and remains your contracting contact.

What we do.

We coordinate document assistance. The relevant Chinese authorities and notarial offices issue official documents. We are an independent service, are not affiliated with a government authority and cannot guarantee an authority’s decision. The service does not include immigration or legal advice unless separately and expressly agreed with an appropriately qualified provider.

Eligibility and coverage.

Availability depends on the city, residence and permit history, accessible records, authorization requirements, document type and receiving authority. “Any City. Any Docs. We Help.” invites inquiries; it does not establish universal eligibility or a promise to obtain every document.

Your written quote and agreement.

The individual quote and agreement identify the contracting company, agreed cities and residence periods, precise document stages, deliverables, currency, applicable tax, payment milestones, timing estimate, dependencies and quote validity. Translation, notarization and apostille work are included only when expressly identified. Sending an inquiry does not itself appoint us or start paid work.

Prices and physical delivery.

The advertised USD $500–$600 range describes current standard PCC cases before applicable tax. Your written quote confirms the actual price and included work. Physical postage is separately quoted and paid when requested; the agreement confirms the delivery format, address and shipping arrangements.

Records, identity checks and authorization.

Please provide accurate information, relevant records and valid authority for the agreed application. Some local routes may require an identity-verification photo, including a photo holding a passport. Before requesting it, we explain the requesting office, reason, recipients, handling and instructions; see Your documents and Privacy.

You can question a request or ask whether an accepted alternative exists. Declining a required item or being unable to provide a valid authorization may prevent that route. Missing or inconsistent records may also affect scope, cost or timing. We explain material changes before additional work is agreed.

Timing and acceptance.

Estimates depend on local processing, further-information requests and delivery. The receiving authority determines whether a document satisfies its requirements. Please share its instructions when requesting help, with unnecessary personal details removed. Report an apparent issue with a delivered document so we can assess the next step.

Changes, cancellation and refunds.

Before payment, the individual agreement must explain cancellation and refund treatment at each work stage, including disclosed supplier costs already committed and the treatment of an unavailable route or a declined required document. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
