Your local application route
Your former Shenzhen residence and available records determine the relevant Exit-Entry route. We check the accepting office and overseas checklist, then explain the authorization and qualified Chinese translation needed for representative handling.
How we help with your Shenzhen PCC
Shenzhen’s overseas representative route requires attention to the authorization and translation package. We check those requirements against your historical stay and coordinate the local work within an agreed scope.
- Tell us your Shenzhen dates, registered addresses, permit history and whether you later lived in another Chinese city.
- We assess the relevant residence records and accepting office, then explain the overseas materials, representative requirements and proposed quote.
- You prepare the accepted authorization, applicable authentication and translation package. We coordinate local filing and follow up on any supplementary evidence requested.
- We review the result and arrange the notarial, translation, authentication and delivery stages included in the agreed scope.
Who may be eligible
- The national foreign-resident baseline applies alongside the local residence records. A 2021 Shenzhen FAQ refers to six months of residence registration.
- The 2026 reply addresses a particular historical-stay case and refers to residence-permit and Shenzhen accommodation evidence. Confirm how the accepting office assesses your own period, especially if you have since moved elsewhere.
A tourist visa, residence permit and temporary accommodation registration are different records. If your stay included several statuses or cities, explain the timeline before relying on a single certificate.
Documents to prepare
- Passport / applicable residence-permit records and Shenzhen temporary accommodation registration, with historical records linked to the period requested.
- The current inquiry form and the identity documents requested for the accepted personal or representative route.
- Delegated work: notarized authorization. A foreign-issued authorization needs the applicable Apostille or consular authentication and qualified Chinese translation, with the translation company’s business-licence copy as described in the police FAQ.
Applying from outside China
We check where your authorization will be issued, which authentication route applies and what Chinese translation evidence the accepting office needs. The required route and originals are confirmed before you arrange signing or courier delivery.
Notarization, translation & Apostille
The authorization for a representative and the notarial or authentication package for your finished police certificate serve different purposes. We check both and identify each included stage in the quote.
Questions before you apply
I now live in another city. Should I use only my latest registration?
Explain the earlier Shenzhen stay and keep its evidence available. The 2026 police reply specifically addresses a person who moved to Guangzhou after living in Shenzhen; it does not say that a later address automatically replaces the historical records.
Before you sign or courier anything
- Which office accepts your historical Shenzhen stay, and what filing arrangements are required?
- What originals and old accommodation records will the overseas route require?
- Does the chosen translator’s qualification evidence meet the accepting office’s requirements?
Send the receiving authority’s document instructions with personal identifiers removed. We use them to agree the required dates, language, number of copies and delivery format before commissioning work.
